Conditions of Sale

1. Your bid is a contract to purchase at the Auction. Whether it is in person, over the Internet or by Absentee Bid. In delivering a bid or placing a written order, the buyer acknowledges the conditions of sale to be binding. The highest bidder shall be the buyer.

2. All prices are stated in Hungarian Forints (HUF) at the conversion rate 1 USD = 280 HUF. Bidder is responsible for any mistakes in conversion. All the items are in excellent condition unless otherwise stated.

3. The starting price of each lot is printed beside the lot description and does not include the Buyer's Premium. There are no reserve prices.

4. Absentee bids will be represented by a person in the auction room with same conditions and rights as other floor bidders. If multiple absentee bids are received for the same lot, starting price will be the lower bid plus one bid regarding the standard increments. Lots will always be bought as cheaply as allowed by other bids.

5. The auctioneer reserves the right to auction off lot numbers in a different order than that in the auction list, to combine, divide, or withdraw lots. All announcements day of Auction take precedent over previous announcements.

6. There will be a 15% buyers premium added to all purchases.

7. Payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, international money order and bank transfer are acceptable forms of payment, and property may be immediately picked up or shipped by us. In the Auctioneer's sole discretion, a sale may be nullified if payment information is not received from the buyer within 14 days of the auction close.

9. Shipping is available with Auctioneer, buyer will be contacted within 3 days and offered shipping methods. Items will be sent after receipt of payment. Charges will be appropriate for each item. Buyer pays actual shipping cost only. Damages shall be claimed in writing immediately, within not more than 4 days after the delivery.

10. Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect their purchases for condition. If a buyer reasonably concludes that a property purchased is materially different from its catalogued description and/or condition, the property may be returned, and the full purchase price excluding shipping costs will be refunded.
